Vendor Information 

Atascocita Patriettes would like to invite you to be part of this year’s incredible dance competition as a vendor. The 2025 MA Dance Competition will draw families from the surrounding communities who will be attending our competition Saturday, March 8th, 2025 at Atascocita High School. We invite you to participate in our event to showcase and sell your products. This event is a great way to grow your business and support the Atascocita Patriettes and the dance community!

Setup
Our competition will begin on March 8th, 2025 promptly at 8:00 A.M. We will open for set up at 7:00 A.M. We ask that no vendor begins to tear down until after 5:00 P.M. All vendor spaces should be torn down and restored to their original condition by 8 P.M.

Booth space provided will be 6' deep and 8’ across.
We provide: 6’ table, 2 chairs, and accessible electricity
You will need to provide: extension cords, power strips, table covers, and a hotspot for Wi-Fi.

Fees

Booth cost is $125

Extra tables are $25 each

Space Assignment

We will assign the booth locations and will provide you with a map of the location of your space via email as well as loading entry and vendor parking. You must be open for business and your vehicle removed from the loading area by 9:00 A.M.
