Vendor Booth Agreement
I understand that AHS Patriettes Booster Club and Humble ISD will not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during Ascension Dance Competition Event.
I understand I am responsible for leaving the booth in the same condition as I found it.
I understand that AHS Patriettes Booster Club has the right to censor any booth.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
I understand payment is due upon registration, however, if my booth is not approved, I will receive a full refund.
I understand that cancellations made before February 5, 2024 can be 100% refunded. Cancellations made after February 5, 2024 are non-refundable.
