I understand that the Humble Independent School District, the instructors, sponsors, teachers, and booster parents shall NOT be held responsible for any expenses incurred in the emergency treatment of my child. They are also NOT liable for any accidents, injuries, theft and/or damage to person or property during the duration of the clinic.
